Caitlyn is Director of Operations at Conley Law Group LLC where she oversees the finances and daily operations of the firm. 

Prior to joining Conley Law Group, Caitlyn spent sixteen years in the investment management industry, most recently as a Relationship Manager providing wealth advisory services to high net worth individuals and families at Glenmede in Philadelphia. Caitlyn joined Glenmede as a Portfolio Manager after spending several years working with high net worth clients at SEI. She is an experienced bookkeeper who spent many years as Treasurer on the Board of The Creative Living Room, a Philadelphia area nonprofit focused on providing connection through arts education. She serves on the Board of the Helen Kate Furness Free Library and as co-chair of the Nether Providence Township Park Commission. Caitlyn is a former adjunct professor of financial planning at Temple University and resides in suburban Philadelphia with her husband and two children. Caitlyn is a lifelong volunteer and looks for opportunities to serve any community in which she lives. From spending summers as a teenager at Special Equestrians to working with Big Brothers Big Sisters while attending college and later serving as a member of the Citizen Corps of Delaware County during the COVID-19 pandemic, Caitlyn has always enjoyed volunteering.
