Natalie M. Poirier

Law Clerk

Natalie  is a law clerk at Conley Law Group LLC and a third-year law student at  Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She currently serves  as Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and is the Vice President of the Art Law Society. Her case note, which was published  last summer, examined the intersection of civil procedure and energy law


Before law school, Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English summa cum laude from Rowan University. Natalie also attended Drexel University and earned a Master of Science degree in Arts Administration. While in graduate school, Natalie worked at various nonprofits in Philadelphia, including the Philadelphia Orchestra and Moore College of Art & Design, assisting their respective development and advancement offices. Last summer, she worked as a Legal Extern for the Villanova Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation, researching state-wide trafficking legislation and drafting expungement petitions. Natalie also recently completed an externship with Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, where she conducted intake interviews and performed organizational research. Natalie hopes to use her education and experience to make a lasting impact on nonprofits and is eager to learn more about nonprofit law this summer.


Natalie enjoys reading, seeing musicals, watching soccer, and playing trivia in her free time. Originally from South Jersey, she loves going to the Jersey shore in the summer and rooting for every Philadelphia sports team.
